MIBI are proud to be a signatory to @Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter since 2023
The launch of the second Annual Report of the Charter by Minister for Financial Services Neale Richmond is an important milestone as it highlights the significant progress that has been made since it was established. Dr. Helen Russell, research professor at the ESRI noted that ‘setting targets and publicly communicating progress is an effective means of influencing change within organisations. The targets set by signatory firms are ambitious and have the potential to influence the opportunities facing women in the financial services sector in Ireland.’
Women in Finance Chair, Fiona Gallagher, also spoke of the tangible progress being made across the financial services industry in Ireland.
